are many sports that the family can share and have fun together. Sports can help
your family stay fit and healthy. Sports are a great way to spend time together
with your kids, wife and husband. Sports that you can share with your family
are: running, soccer, volleyball, biking, swimming, fishing, hiking, rafting,

While you prepare lunch, let a teenager or a parent get the kids playing sports.

If you have kids at your house, you will inevitably want them to "go outside and have fun". That's right, turn off the Nintendo, Play-Station, X-Box 360 and go outside and play some sports! They'll be happy if you know some easy family sports that they can play. Outdoor group sports work best when you mix children of different ages and the entire family. An older child can organize the sport or game you select, act as the rule-maker, and make sure the little ones are included. You may remember these fun sports or games from your childhood, but be a bit fuzzy on the rules of play.
